We are offering a unique opportunity for either a Licensed Conveyancer looking for their next challenge, or a motivated local professional eager to be fully trained in the industry.

The Role

You will play a vital role in the end-to-end property transfer process, ensuring our clients experience a seamless transition during one of life’s biggest milestones. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing property sales and purchase files.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation and contracts.
• Liaising professionally with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and legal practitioners.
• Utilizing PEXA and modern conveyancing software (full training provided for the right candidate).
